Nadia Daggett, a native of Florida, graduated from University of South Florida, was part of the AFROTC, and has over 18 years in the real estate industry. Starting as a loan officer and financial planner back in 2003 and growing her own brokerage in Alaska by 2006. She also invested in real estate in Alaska, and turned properties into corporate/vacation rental properties for the highest ROI. Nadia Daggett always believed in being an entrepreneur in which she started her own wine import company in 2007 and co-founded a general contracting company installing steel erection and wind turbines throughout Alaska in 2009. Nadia Moved back home to Tampa in 2016 and shortly after found her home here at Graystone Investment Group, where she started as a realtor/corporate rental innovator. Today, Nadia is the acting broker for Graystone and proud to be apart of such an innovative and professional company. Nadia is also active in the community and an active sailor at Davis Island Yacht Club. She has two boys 4 and 7, that keep her very active. Nadia holds a certificate in the Art of Negotiation, which is imperative to selling and buying properties in Florida along with many other certifications that she offers with her agents.
